Dreaming the Future

Here I sit looking to the future. Wondering what will 2023 bring? Then I think, I am the creator, what do I want? There is some peace in thinking someone else controls your destiny, but when you realize that you are the one that determines your life, it’s not so freeing. It’s pressure. I can have anything I want. What do I want? Is it that easy? Yes, it is. Life is either a manifestation or a projection of the reality you feel inside of yourself. Sometimes I give the reins to my soul, and sometimes I take them.

When it comes down to it, we all have the same dreams. To be loved, to be desired, to be seen. The dreams of the world can be boiled down to: wealth, success, self-improvement, love, health, happiness and friends. Where are you on this spectrum? Do you feel angst in one area, do you feel pride in another? Have you listened to your soul? Do you know how? I’ve talked to many people. I’ve read many books/blogs/articles. I realize that we are all the same. Humans are needing connection. There is a space, universal consciousness, where we can all feel each other. This is the space where we create the future. How many of you are tired of our structures? Of our over-burdened institutions? How many of you are desiring a new path? One where we are not dictated to, but work together in community to support one another? I read recently, that creativity is so important right now because it is bringing in new energy, something that has never been created before to our Earthly plane. Now set aside your beliefs, your conditionings, and think about that. Creation brings new energy. Isn’t that truth? If we all worked at creation, we could create a new Earth. What would you create? I would create communities working together to support each other with love (the most important of all human needs), food (gardens), education (seeding the future), housing, expressionism (arts), health and wellness (science), etc.

As a teacher, for years I taught the development of civilizations from hunter gather, to agricultural to governments. But what I realize now is we have become a global citizenship. We no longer base our existence on our local needs. We can get anything we want (mangos in winter). The internet has shrunk our existence. The reason I started this blog was to find my tribe. Who sees the world as I do? It doesn’t matter if they live 5 minutes away or 25,000 miles away. The internet lets us connect. I believe that universal consciousness is the space we tap into when we dream, meditate, channel, etc. It is the space, the gap, the oneness. In that space we are all one. We all have the same thoughts, the same dreams. Some of us know how to tap in, some have done it by accident, some are oblivious. But it is there.
